Come Out, Meet the Makers, See the Projects, and Get Inspired to
Be Creative and Make Something Yourself!

Attendance is Free!

We do ask that you register (for free) via eventbrite at this link.  As a thank you for registering bring the printout of your registration to the Maker Faire for a chance to win prizes made by our makers and donated by our sponsors.  By registering you are helping our makers plan their exhibits and bring enough materials for everyone to take part. You are also helping us answer the question “Is Alamance County big enough and interested enough for a Maker Space?”

Saturday April 25th, 2015, 10am to 5pm (Rain or Shine)
Stay for as little or as long as you like.
Some exhibitors may not be available during the entire event.  Please check our “Makers” tab closer to the date of the Maker Faire for details about each exhibit.

Door Prizes
Some of our makers and some of our sponsors are donating some really cool door prizes that will be given away by random drawing to folks who register for our Mini Maker Faire.  To be entered into the drawing simply complete a free registration at this link (same as above, or any of the “Register to Attend” buttons), and then bring the printout of your registration to the Maker Faire.  We’ll draw names at random after the Maker Faire and then e-mail the winners letting them know how they can get their prizes.  We’ll also post a list of winners here after the faire.

Prizes include (but are not limited to):

  • Reinventing Science Kits (from Harris Educational)
  • Free Subscriptions to Make Magazine (from Make Magazine)
  • And more… check back, we’ll update this list as more folks add their contributions!
Registration is not required to attend the event, but is necessary to be entered into our drawing.  Registration information will help us and our makers to plan our event.  (please see the Eventbrite Registration Page for Privacy Information)
